Are You Pre-Approved for Your Home Loan?
Before you begin to shop for a new home, you should set up a time to meet with me so we can figure out how much house you can afford. This will put you in a better position as a buyer. In today's real estate market, it is crucial to have the Pre-Approval process complete to give you the absolute best opportunity to purchase that perfect home.
A Pre-Approval gives you a definite advantage when making an offer on a house. A Pre-Approval, although a little more lengthy of process initially, will give you a "commitment to lend letter" from a lender. It is necessary to submit this letter to ensure proper evaluation of your offer.
To get pre-approved, you will complete a mortgage application and provide me with various information verifying your employment, assets and financial status. I will review and discuss your mortgage options with you and submit your application to the lender that best meets your needs. Once the application process is complete, I will provide you with a pre-approval letter indicating the amount the lender is willing to lend you for your new home!
Please Note: A pre-approval letter is not binding on the lender; it is subject to an appraisal of the home you wish to purchase and certain other conditions. If your financial situation changes, the lender may adjust your loan amount accordingly.
